9:07:45 AM Court Services Director Steve Ette Opened the following bids: Advanced Computer Technologies, LLC- Gulf Breeze, FL, cost per year $7,500.00 and cost for the 5 years $27,500.00, did not show start up cost; Tribridge Holdings, LLC- Irving, CA, $359,383.00 (breakdown of costs associated includes modifications to meet the needs of the user, future updates, projected 14 years training, etc.), maintenance fee agreement included in the first year, and $108,000 over the 5 year period; and Automon, LLC- Scottsdale, AZ, first year cost $59,840.00, cost to operate on-or off-site $82,840.00,and the cost for 5 years $186,930.00. Proposals with be taken under advisement and return in 2 weeks with a recommendation.
